Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is providing Thanksgiving dining experiences for guests and local residents. The resort will feature an extravagant Thanksgiving buffet between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The menu will consist of holiday favorites including a roasted turkey with cornbread stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce, as well as country ham with fresh buttermilk biscuits, and a slow-roasted prime rib beef with au jus and horseradish cream. Guests can also enjoy a selection of smoked meats and artisan cheeses, fresh salads featuring a variety of fall flavors, seasonal soups, and a gourmet pasta bar. The meal will also feature a dessert station with pumpkin pie bites, sweet potato cobbler with candied pecans, apple spice cake with dulce de leche cream cheese, an ice cream sundae station, and more. The holiday buffet is $120 for adults, $50 for children between the ages of 5 and 12, and children 5 and younger dine free. Tax and a gratuity of 20 percent will be added to each check.
