Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa will provide a special Christmas Day dinner at its Tanglewood restaurant between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.

The holiday meal will include a carving station with slow roasted beef ribeye, Christmas country ham, dry fruit stuffed turkey, and more, to house-made French onion soup, chicken a l’orange and vegan ravioli. A wide assortment of seafood-inspired dishes will also be available including traditional smoked salmon and trout with bagels and salmon caviar, poached shrimp cocktail, and assorted maki and nigiri sushi.

Guests can also enjoy a roasted beet and goat cheese salad, red quinoa salad with kale, charcuterie boards with a selection of smoked and cured meats and sausages, artisanal chesses, rustic breads and more. A dessert station will also be available and will feature a sticky toffee pudding, yule log, holiday cookies, and more.

The buffet will cost $100 for adults, $45 for children between the ages of five and 12, and children four and under eat free. A 20 percent gratuity charges will be added to each table.
