The interactive program allows participants to learn about and select their own tea blend while enjoying the tropical grounds at our 100-year-old property. The events start with an educational tour of the garden focusing on tea-specific plants, followed by a tea party with socially distanced tables in the property’s poolside and Mediterranean-inspired longhouse building. Light bites and tea will be offered along with a discussion and question and answers about various tea plants with Shangri-La Springs’ Organic Garden Manager Cecelia Morales. Guests are invited to enjoy social time at the tables or a walk around the landscaped property. In keeping with the resort’s zero-waste goals, each guest will receive a reusable branded tea mug.
