Butterfly Release Community Memorial Service, Cambier Park
Avow Hospice presents its annual community memorial service with a release of butterflies in memory and in living honor of loved ones.
The Southwest Florida community is invited to join Avow at Cambier Park, Naples on Saturday, April 3, 2021 for its annual community memorial service and butterfly release. The event begins at 10:00 am with entertainment; children will receive craft kits for creative individual play.
The service begins at 11:00 AM and will include inspirational readings, music, and a name-reading ceremony to honor the lives of loved ones. Those who wish to have a loved one's name read during the remembrance ceremony may do so by donating $50 per name to support Avow’s hospice and community programs. Register online at avowcares.org/butterflyrelease or call 239-649-3683.
COVID-19 Considerations
Those who prefer can watch the ceremony virtually starting at 11:00 AM on Avow.TV or on Avow’s Facebook page at facebook.com/avowcares. Avow strongly encourages those who attend in person to wear facemasks and practice good hand hygiene.
Because of COVID-19 social distancing requirements, there will be no walk-through butterfly tent. Butterflies will be released from the stage. Wearing of masks is strongly encouraged.
The Avow Butterfly Release is generously endowed by the Gorlach family.
